Family Portrait Session

Family portraits are handed down from generation to generation and are family art to be treasured. Steven will assist you in designing your portrait before the portrait session to assure you have the work of art that you desire. Family sessions typically take about an hour depending on what the client and Steven have planned for the session. This portrait session can take place in the studio, the clients home or another location decided on by the client and Steven. The goal from this session is a beautiful piece of art to decorate the clients home.

Child Portrait Session

Decorating your home with gorgeous portraits of your child have a proven physiological benefit on your child. Steven's easy going demeanor with children quickly set them at ease so that the most natural expressions are captured. An hour is set aside for a child's portrait session to provide an unhurried environment and add to the enjoyment of these fun portrait sessions. Portraits by Steven offers an array of finished projects including wall portraits, gift portraits and albums.

Children Portrait Session

Children Portrait Session - This is the session that you select when your what a portrait session of more than one child. This can be a session of siblings or cousins or maybe just best friends. Call 919-292-1600 to speak to Steven about any ideas that you may have. He will spend the time to help you design the session to achieve the look and feel that you want from this portrait session. Portraits can be created in the studio, your home or another location of your choice. One hour is typically set aside for this session. Portraits by Steven offers an array of finished projects including wall portraits, gift portraits and albums.

Executive Portrait Session

Steven creates the classic oil painting for the board room as well as the "headshot" portrait used in the personal branding for your business. The executive portrait session can take anywhere from thirty minutes to an hour depending on your needs. Painted portraits for the board room to image files for your social media, web site and promotional pieces are available.

Senior Portrait Session

The senior portrait experience is one of the most important portrait sessions in a young persons life. Steven offers just that an experience as well as awesome finished portraits. These sessions can last anywhere from one to four hours depending on what the senior, their parents and Steven plan during the design consultation. A full array of products are offered including wall portraits, gift portraits and albums.

Maternity Portrait Session

The beauty possessed by an expecting woman is a beauty like no other. Let Steven create something special of you during this extraordinary time in your life. Plan on scheduling this portrait session somewhere between 30 and 34 weeks. These portraits can be created of the expecting mother alone, the expecting mother with her husband or you can even add an older child. Steven will assist you in designing the session in your pre-session chat. Portraits by Steven has several gowns designed specifically for maternity portraits or you may bring an outfit of your own. A maternity session can take one to two hours and a variety of finished portraits are available including wall portraits, gift portraits and albums.

Infant Image Series

Little fingers. Little toes. Mom and Dad. A portrait session capturing the first portraits of a beloved little one. Babies are so sweet and soft. Please remember this when selecting the clothing for your baby’s portrait, plain, simple outfits are best. An heirloom item such as a blanket or bonnet will personalize your portraits. Infant Images are typically photographed when the baby is five days to ten days old. The Infant Image Series can take up to two hours when the family is included in the session or around one hour when the session is the baby alone. Wall portraits, gift portraits and albums are offered from these heartwarming portrait sessions.

Maternité Collection

A portrait session capturing the beauty of an expectant mother. Creative images in a variety of poses are available, including ones with a spouse or child. An array of romantic gowns are available for the maternity session, or customize your portrait with an article of your own clothing. Maternity sessions are best photographed seven to eight months into your pregnancy. The Maternité Collection includes a maternity session plus the Infant Images series. Special Pricing is part of this portrait collection. This is the collection to choose if you are planning on a maternity session and an infant session.

Bridal Portrait Session

The Bridal Portrait is the most important portrait you will have created up to this point in your life. Steven will spend up to two hours treating you like a princess creating portraits of every detail of you in your gown. These portraits will become heirloom art for your family. Most clients purchase this art as wall art for their home. Gift portraits as well as albums are also available.

Extended Family Portrait Session

Are you planning a special gathering for your family. Maybe you are celebrating a special anniversary or a milestone birthday for your one of your parents. What a wonderful time to plan a group portrait of your extended family. Steven will be happy to photograph you in the studio, your home or a special location of your choosing. Smaller groups can also be photographed at this time as well. These sessions usually last from one to two hours. Wall portraits, gift portraits and albums are available from these sessions.

Bebé Collection

Sitting. Standing. Walking. Portrait sessions to capture endearing memories and important milestones. If you would like to include a toy or stuffed animal from home to personalize the portrait, please bring it to the session with you. At no time in your child’s life will changes occur so rapidly than they do during the first year – capture those precious moments! The Bebé Collection sessions are photographed at three, six, nine, and twelve months of age.
Each session can take up to one hour and a full array of portrait products are available including wall portraits, gift portraits and albums. Clients especially love to have an album designed showcasing the child's first year in portraits.

Children's Portrait Club

Creative sessions that capture memories that matter. Steven loves to capture the simplicity and innocence of childhood. Many early childhood psychologists believe that children who see their images displayed in the home grow up with a feeling of well-being and self-confidence. The Children’s Portrait Club is a child’s portrait history from three months until eighteen years of age.
